Home to the finest collection of tall ships on the west coast, including the world’s oldest active ship, the Star of India, docked at San Diego’s Embaracero.  Displays include nautical exhibits on maritime history, a pilot boat used for public bay tours, and two submarines.  A kid friendly “must see” for visitors whether there’s only time to walk the bayfront and look, or purchase tickets and learn the vast maritime history on collected here. Regular public events include the outdoor “Movies Before the Mast” and family sleepovers on the Star of India. Whale watching cruises, sailing adventures, gift shop & souvenirs.  Metered parking available along North Harbor Drive & the Embarcadero.
