Pacific Beach

Photo Tour | Points of Interest

PB has earned the title of ‘Party Central’ when during the summer months, flocks of 20 somethings pack the beach. But PB has become more than just a party haven…

Pacific Beach has excellent beaches, easily accessible from the paved beachwalk that runs for much of the length of the city. The Crystal Pier & Hotel extends out over the ocean providing  stellar sunset views, fishing and cottages over the sea.  Both Mission Boulevard and Garnet Avenue act as main streets, and offer casual dining, eclectic shopping, busy bars and  souvenir shopping.

Real estate is pricey in PB for the size of the home, with the norm being smaller bungalows and cottages. New bed and breakfast inns and upscale restaurants are arriving monthly, attracting an older clientele and rounding out the PB experience.
