The Portwood Pier Plaza sits at the west end of Evergreen Avenue. At dusk, tall surfboard silhouettes glow as lights come to life on the municipal pier. Directions
From I-5, exit west at Palm Avenue. After 9th Street, remain to the left and use left turn lanes in order to continue straight on Palm. Turn left on Seacoast Drive and proceed to Evergreen Avenue.
